BRIDGEWATER WHARF

Bridgewater Wharf is the new eight storey residential development from Fortis Group, located in Salford Greater Manchester. The scheme will consist of 376 residential apartments and will offer a range of studios, one/two/three bedroom apartments and townhouses.

Residents will also have access to a private gym, cycle storage, communal lounge and onsite parking. The development will be set in an ideal location on the river Irwell, close to both Salford and Manchester city centre and a short walk from Cornbrook Metrolink. 

The approximate GDV for the project is £67,000,000.
